HeliCoil® PLUS Repair Kits Metric M2-M16

HeliCoil® thread repair kits are the original OEM parts made by Boellhoff in Germany.
HeliCoil® are thread inserts to either repair a worn thread or add strength to a thread in a soft metal (e.g. aluminum).
The HeliCoil® Plus inserts are made from stainless steel A2, color coded in green for easy identification.

How do you work with HeliCoil®:

> Drill a larger hole into the existing thread or base material
> Tap the new thread corresponding to the HeliCoil® insert
> Insert the HeliCoil® with the insert tool
> Break away the tang
> Ready, you are done

These kits contain in a sturdy box:

> HELICOIL® Plus thread inserts in three lengths n Twist drill (up to M 12, HSS)
> Hand tap (HSS)
> Installation mandrel
> Tang break-off tool (up to M 12)
> Three different length inserts (1.0xø, 1.5xø, 2.0xø), 20 each
